Janice Sztabnik is a New York City-based graphic designer who worked at Merrill Lynch, Estee Lauder and leading agencies. After receiving her BFA in Media Arts from School of Visual Arts and MFA from Long Island University, she established herself as a visual artist based on the north shore of Long Island. She has participated in numerous group and solo shows at the New York Transit Museum, Fashion Institute of Technology, New York City, Brooklyn, Long Island, Maryland, Illinois, China, as well as residences at Vermont Studio Center, Virginia Center for the Creative Arts, School of Visual Arts, New York Studio School. Her work has been written about in the New York Times, Newsday, and appeared as a feature on Fios. Her work is held in private collections worldwide and is represented by Saatchiart and Singulart. She has been an art instructor for children through adults in a variety of public and private settings advocating the development of personal sketchbooks, use of two to three dimensional mediums, art history. Currently, similar content can be found on her YouTube channel. She is a member and collaborator in local and international groups; Critique Group of Long Island, International Residency Artist Network and Teleportal Gallery.
